Do you offer a guarantee?

 

All nursery stock purchased from Paterno Nurseries which fails to survive for one year from the date of purchase can be returned for store credit for the price that was paid. All plants must be planted in the ground (not in planters) and maintained. The original receipt and plant described must be presented at that time. All other items, including annuals and perennials are final sale.

If you are unsure if your tree or shrub is dead, email photos to our team and we can advise you.

Do you deliver/plant?

Yes, we offer delivery and planting services for an additional fee. See our Delivery & Planting page for a quote.

Can I schedule a consultation for a landscape plan?

Yes, you can schedule a consultation with our experienced horticulturalist to discuss your project needs and goals.

Do you sell wholesale or retail?

Both! Our garden centre is open to the general public and is full of mostly nursery stock we grow out back in our wholesale yard.

We also offer wholesale pricing for landscapers and garden centres.
