Do you have a guarantee for retail purchases?

Yes! Guarantee and Returns Policy: All nursery stock purchased from Paterno Nurseries which fails to survive for one year from the purchase date can be returned for store credit for the price that was paid. The original receipt and plant described must be presented at that time. All other items, including annuals and perennials, are final sale.

Do you deliver?

Yes! The cost to deliver to your home will be dependent on where you live and the products you purchase. While we will do our best to deliver your products promptly, the actual delivery date will depend on our delivery schedule. Please contact us for more information.

Do you do plantings?

We would be happy to help to make arrangements for planting your nursery stock.

Are gift certificates available?

Absolutely! Come by the Garden Centre to purchase a gift certificate in any denomination.

Do you offer landscape planning services?

Yes! We would be happy to help you create the perfect landscape for your home. Please note that we provide planning services that include plants only (we do not create decks, rock work, or water features). Please call us (or stop by!) for details on how to get started.

I am looking to open a wholesale account. How do I complete that process?

We would recommend you contact us to ensure that you qualify as a wholesale customer. You can then fill out the credit application on the “wholesale” page and submit it. We will then contact you!
